The Human Resources stream takes 12-months to complete and consists of three rotations of four months each. The first of these is undertaken in Canberra, with the possibility of one in a regional area for those who want a further challenge. Rotations are offered across the entire Department, two will be undertaken in an area with a ‘people’ focus.
The four sub-streams within Human Resources we recruit for include Occupational Health and Safety; Workforce Planning; Training and Development or Human Resources Management.
