Complaints and Resolution is a Defence People Group website.
Unacceptable behaviour is behaviour that, having regard to all of the circumstances, would be offensive, belittling, abusive or threatening to another person or adverse to morale, discipline or workplace cohesion, or otherwise not in the interests of Defence.
Everyone in Defence is required to be treated with respect, fairness and without harassment. Defence requires everyone to accept personal responsibility and accountability for their actions and to think clearly about the consequences of their actions for Defence.
