Wasp Unmanned Aerial System
Wasp Unmanned Aerial System (0.53 mins)
The AeroVironment Wasp micro Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) is a new capability for the Australian Army. The system is easy for soldiers to carry in the field, relatively inexpensive, difficult for the enemy to detect and provides commanders with reliable reconnaissance on the battlefield. The Wasp is operated by remote control by two soldiers: one soldier flies the vehicle, while the other operates the camera.
